We helped our clients identify their operations and quality objectives. We then provided expert advice and helped set up a Quality Management Systems (QMS) and train the staff and employees on 'Risk Based Thinking' by providing training on various quality and risk assessment tools. The client was extremely satisfied with the end result achieved in a short duration.

WALK - GROWTH PHASE

We worked with the clients in understanding their Mission, Vision and Core Values (MVV) before coaching them on strategic planning. We worked with the top management in creating goals and improving both the top line and bottom line. We were able to achieve results that accomplished goals and also created business systems that were supportable, sustainable and scalable with growth.

Examples - Diversified manufacturing firms - automotive products, precision machined parts, manufacturer of tooling systems, healthcare products, various assembly and packaging companies.

This project was a typical example of organizational transformation. It required collaborative work by creating high performing teams and leadership support to help focus on key deliverables - cost, cycle time, quality and product development. Several aspects of good program management and leadership skills were touched upon to help change the culture to position the client for continued and accelerated growth and profitability.
